1. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Expansion Along With The Change In The Purpose Of The Dormitory (Dormitory) To The School Of Educational Father T. Twardowski With Adaptation To Fire Safety Conditions. In Based On The Provided Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 2 To Swz), The Subject Of The Contract Consists In Particular On The Performance Of: - Implementation Of The Building Supply, - Execution Of Cable Resolution Network - Lighting And Sockets - Lightning Protection Installation - Fire Alarm System - A Delay System. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Annex 2 To Swz (Hereinafter: Opz). 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform About The State Of Investment. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Should Present A Report Within 7 Days Of Receiving A Written Call. The Reports Are Subject To The Investors Supervision Inspector. 3. The Contractor, As Part Of The Contract, Is Obliged To Organize Facilities By Complying With Applicable Polish Law, Especially In The Technical, Economic, Administrative, Health And Safety, Fire Protection, Requirements Of The National Labor Inspectorate And The State Sanitary Inspector. The Contractor Will Organize Social Facilities With Cloakrooms And Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms For Employees. Material Storage Facilities Are Also Qualified As The Facilities Of The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Will Organize A Construction Site With His Own Efforts, Including With Particular Care, It Marks The Area Of Works And Protects All Property Against Burdensome Factors Resulting From The Works And The Spread Of Pollution. 5. After Completing The Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Area To The Original State, Which Is An Accession And The Area Busy Temporarily To The Construction Site. 6. Work Should Be Carried Out With Particular Emphasis On Universally Applicable Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Regulations. 7. The Entire Scope Of Works Must Be Carried Out In A Manner Consistent With The Principles Of Building Art And Technical Knowledge, When Due Diligence Is Due. 8. Each Batch Of Material Before Building Should Be Picked Up And Accepted By The Supervision Inspector Established By The Contracting Authority. 9. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Grant At Least A 60 -Month Warranty And Warranty For Completed Construction Works For The Performed Subject Of The Contract, Subject To The Works Performed, Subject To Point 17 (Offer Evaluation Criteria). The Contractor Can Offer A Maximum Of 84 Months For Which He Will Receive Additional Points In The Offer Evaluation Criterion. If You Offer A Longer Date, It Will Not Be Additionally Scored But Will Be Included In The Concluded Contract. 10. Due To The Financial Capabilities Of The Member, The Remuneration For The Work Performed Will Be Paid To The Amount Of Financial Limits For Individual Years, I.E
