4.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Property Protection Service In The Form Of Electronic Monitoring -Indicated Residential And Commercial Premises (Vacancies Or Temporarily Uninhabited) Administered By The Municipal And Housing Management Board In Jelenia Góra (Hereinafter Zgkim). 4.2 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A 24 -Hour Property Protection Service In The Form Of Electronic Supervision And Physical Interventions - Including Residential And Commercial Premises (Including Vacancies And Uninhabited Premises), Administered By The Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej I Mieszkaniowa In Jelenia Góra. The Contracting Authority Requires The Continuity Of The Service Also On Public Holidays. As Part Of The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Configure And Maintain A Burglary And Attack Signaling System (Sswin), In Accordance With The Requirements Of Pn-En 50131 (Or Equivalent) And Other Applicable Law And Technical Standards. And Experience, With Due Diligence, Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of Services Provided By Persons With Qualifications, Competences And Experience In Performing Activities In The Field Of Protection And Having Appropriate Permissions. 4.4 The Purpose Of Protection Is: 4.1.1. Prevention Of Unauthorized Invasion Of Third Parties, 4.1.2. Protection Of Property And Equipment Against Theft, Devastation And Fire, 4.1.3. Counteracting The Occupation Of Premises By Unauthorized Persons, 4.1.4.
