The Contracting Authority Will Decide To Exercise The Right Of The Options And Its Scope Before Concluding The Contract With The Contractor. The Employer Reserves The Right To Fulfill The Order Under The Right Of The Options, To The Partner, And Order Only Part Of It Depending On The Needs And Financial Resources By The Contracting Authority.
