    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Complete, Multi -Branch Design Documentation For The Expansion Of The Intersection Of National Road No. 28 (Ul. Wadowicka) With Poviat Road No. 1713K (Ul. Zamkowa) In Sucha Beskidzka, Obtaining On Behalf Of And For The Contracting Authority A Building Permit Decision For The Designed Investment And Performing Authors Supervision. The Design Documentation Must Be In Line With Applicable Law And Be Possible To Implement According To Commonly Used Technologies And Procedures, It Is To Enable The Ordering Party To Carry Out The Procedure For Selecting The Contractor Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law And The Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractual Period Of Performance Of The Contract (Obtaining A Decision On The Construction Permit And Submitting A Complete Design Documentation To The Contracting Authority): In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, However, Not Longer Than Up To 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract.
