1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Its Specification Is Included In Annex 9A To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). 2) Additional Information: A) The Minimum Required Warranty Period - 12 Months Or 1500 Hours Of Work Of The Cylinder, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report Of The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. Ordering Party. The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide The Manufacturers Authorization Documents When Signing The Contract For The Performance Of Service Activities, I.E. The Statement From Which It Will Show That The Providers Performance Of Warranty Services Will Not Deprive The Contracting Authority Of The Manufacturers Warranty.F) The Distance Of The Authorized Stationary Service Point May Not Be Greater Than 250 Km From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. During The Warranty, The Machine Transport To The Service Point Free Of Charge And At The Contractors Expense. On The Other Hand, The Repair Will End Within A Maximum Of 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Notification Of The Failure (In Justified Objective Cases Within The Period Agreed With The Ordering Party From The Date Of The Diagnosis). H) The Contractor Will Provide The Service Service As Part Of The Warranty, Including Service Inspections Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of E-Mail Report By The Employer.) The Contractor Will Organize The Training Of The Employers Employees In The Field Of Conducting, Operating, Operating And Maintaining The Device In The Location Place, I.E. 66-200 Świebodzin, Ul. Poznańska 10 Within 5 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Device. J) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Policy From Civil Liability Before The Conclusion Of The Contract Regarding The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract For An Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 400,000.00) The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Applicable Standards In Poland And Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Show Approvals And Certificates At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.
