1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services, Including In Particular: 1.1.1. Acceptance, Movement And Delivery Of Letter Parcels And Postal Parcels In Domestic Trading (Throughout The Country, I.E. In Urban And Rural Areas) And Foreign, Including Registered Shipments, With The Possibility Of Access To An It System, Which Automatically Allows The Possibility Of Using The Online Electronic Application And To Track National Shipments From The Moment Of Posting To Delivery And Providing The Service Of The Ordering Service From The Ordering Office, Including Electronic Tracking Of Domestic Registered Shipments. 1.1.2. Supplying Letter Parcels And Postal Packages Addressed To The Employer (To The Seat Of The Office Of The Inter-Municipal Association Clean Region Located At Ul. Szkolna 15, 47-225 Kędzierzyn-Koźle) The Furthest On The Day The Next Day After The Day Of Delivery Of Letter Shipments Or Postal Packages To The Facility, Located Near The Ordering Office, In Which The Ordering Party May Transfer Correspondence To Shipping As Part Of The Applicant Contracts. 1.1.3. Accepting, Movement And Delivery Of Courier Shipments In A Way That Ensures: 1.1.3.1. Tracking These Shipments Using An It System From The Moment Of Posting To Service, 1.1.3.2. Delivery Of These Parcels Within The Guaranteed Date Specified In The Regulations Of The Provision Of These Services, Available On The Contractors Website, 1.1.3.3. Delivery Of These Shipments Directly To The Addressee Or Person Authorized To Pick Up, 1.1.3.4. Obtaining A Receipt Of Receipt Of These Shipments In Writing Or Electronic Form. 1.1.4. Returning To The Employer (To The Headquarters Of The Office Of The Inter-Municipal Union Clean Region Located At Ul. Szkolna 15, 47-225 Kędzierzyn-Koźle) Shipments Of All Types, After Exhausting The Possibility Of Their Delivery Or Issuing The Recipient In Accordance With Generally Applicable Law, With The Reasons For The Inability To Serve Them, 1.2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made In Accordance With The Law In Force In This Respect.
