Tenders Are Invited For Creating Physical Activity Zones Under The European Funds Program For West Pomerania 2021-2027 Co-Financed From Esf Plus Funds

1. The Order Of The Contract Includes The Supply And Assembly Of Sports Equipment Constituting The Equipment Of The Gym And Fitness Room Placed In The Village Common Room In Gniazdowo, Niazdziej 25, 76-039 Biesiekierz, Among Others Machines For Peripheral Training, Horizontal Bikes, Massage Seats. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz.2. Requirements For Delivery And Installation Of Equipment: 1) The Equipment Should Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards, Specified By Applicable Law. Items Whose Proper Functioning Requires Their Installation Should Be Mounted In The Place Indicated By The Employer. 4) It Is Recommended That The Supplied Assortment Should Be Packed In Such A Way That Will Prevent Damage To Products During Transport. The Contractor Is Responsible For Damage To The Products During Transport. They Are Damaged, Have Defects Preventing Use, And These Defects And Damage Were Not Caused By The Contracting Authority, B. Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, C. The Supplied Products Do Not Correspond To The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Technical Parameters. 6) If The Supplied Equipment Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Employer, The Contractor Replace Them With New, Correct, At His Own Expense Within 7 Days Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Overall Order, Including The Course And Timely Performance, Quality, Compliance With Technical, Qualitative And Applicable Provisions In This Respect. Service Instructions For The Subject Of The Contract In Polish And Service Documentation, B. A Document Specifying The Principles Of Providing Services By An Authorized Service In The Warranty And Post -Warranty Period. 3. The Contractor Declares That The Delivered Equipment Is A New Commodity (It Was Not The Subject Of Exhibitions Or Presentations), Complete And After Delivery And Installation Will Be Ready To Take The Function To Which It Was Ordered, Without The Need To Make Additional Purchases And Investments (Except For Consumable Materials) And That It Is Characterized By All Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party In Swz.4. The Indicated Parameters (In Particular, Dimensions, Powers) In Annex 1 To Swz Are The Minimum Values That The Equipment Should Have. 5. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Award Of The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.6 Act. The Contracting Authority Does Not Specify The Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of The Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Para. 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
