    Work Detail

    1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Create A Geodetic Record Of The Area Of Utilities For The Myszków Poviat. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - Technical Guidelines, Which Includes The Characteristics Of The Object And Materials Based On The Creation Of Gesut, An Estimated List Of Units, General Terms Of The Contract, Division Of Work Into Stages And Detailed Scope Of Work. 1.2. The Contractor Grants The Employer A 24 -Month Quality Guarantee For The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Contract From The Day Of The Post -Adventure Final Acceptance, Confirmed By The Reception Protocol Without Reservation. 1.3. Solutions Equivalent To 1.3.1. If The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions Described, Provided They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc.1.3.2. Equivalent, He Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.1.3.3. In The Case Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract There Are References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2) And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described.
