    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A 20-Person Bus Adapted For Transport A Minimum Of 1 Person In A Wheelchair. 2. General Requirements:- A Brand New Car That Meets The Requirements Set Out In Art. 2 Point 10 Lit. And The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 775, As Amended), Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Claims Of Third Parties, Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified By The Provisions In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of 20 June 1997, I.E. Dz. Of 2023, Item - The Vehicle Must Have Approval For Transport 20 (Twenty) People, Including People With Disabilities.
