Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of The Measuring System To Stationary And Mobile Eye-Tracking

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of The Measuring System To Stationary And Mobile Eye-Tracking, Which Will Consist Of The Minimum Of The Following Components (Compatible With Each Other Enabling As A Whole Measurements For Eye-Tracking Stationary And Mobile): 1) Stationary Ophthalmologist Together With Additional Equipment; 2) Mobile Eyehax Together With Equipment; 2) Additional; 3) Gsr Signal Measuring Device (Galvanic Skin Reaction) Along With Additional Equipment; 4) Software For Processing And Analysis Of Data From Stationary And Mobile Ophthalmpers. 2. The Scope Of The Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Contract Includes A Minimum: 1) Sale Of Devices (Items), Making Up The Offered System Referred To In Para. 1 Above (Hereinafter Referred To As The System), Required In Para. 1 Point 1) - 3) Above (And Described In Detail In Annex 2 Of Swz And Possible Other Devices (Items), Which - As Components Or Belonging - Make Up The Offered System, Or Are Necessary To Use The System On The Side Of The Contracting Authority; 2) Providing The Contracting Authority With The Software License Referred To In Paragraph 1 Point 4) Above (Described In Detail In Annex 2 Swz) And Any Other Programs (Software), Which - As Components Or Belonging - Make Up The Offered System, Or Are Necessary To Use The System On The Contracting Authoritys Side (Or Will Be Offered). The Indicated Licenses Should Enable The Legal Use Of The System On The Part Of The Employer, While In Relation To The Software Referred To In Paragraph 1 Point 4) Above (Described In Detail In Annex 2 Swz) An Indefinite License Is Required. In Detail The Scope Of Rights Resulting From Granting The Ordering Party As Above, As Well As Other Requirements In This Respect - Says § 2 Of The Contract Template; 3) Providing The Contracting Authority With The Offered System, With The Devices (Items) That Make Up The System Referred To In Point 2) Above Require The Delivery In Place Of Its Use, Which Will Be Located In Szczecin. A Specific Address Of The Place Of Delivery Of The Systems Equipment, As Well As The Method Of Delivery To The Contracting Authority Of The Software Consisting Of The System - Says § 3 Of The Contract Template (Annex 6 Swz); 4) Preparation Of The System For Operation By The Ordering Party, Consisting Of A Minimum Of Conducting At The Place Of Use At The Ordering Party With Its Assembly And Performing Other Types Of Relevant Installation Activities Of Individual Devices, Components And Other Physical Elements, As Well Above Assembly And Installation Activities), Perform The First Launch To Demonstrate The Correctness Of Its Operation (Work), As Well As Conducting Training For The Personnel Of The Ordering Party Aimed At Preparing These People For Correct Service And Practical Operation Of The Offered And Supplied Ordering Party To Perform This System.
