1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation, Delivery And Issue Of Hot One -Course Meals For Children And Schoolchildren In The Aleksandrów Commune As Part Of The Feeding For The Following Institutions: - Local Government Kindergarten In Aleksandrów (On Ul. Klonowa 11 And At Ul. Wesoła 1) - Primary School Children Of The Zamość Region In Aleksandrów (Aleksandrów 104, Aleksandrów 554) 2) Meals Will Be Delivered Daily On All Days Of School Education And Days Of Attending Children To Kindergarten (Winter Holidays + Holidays) Between From 10; 10 To 13; 003) The Contracting Authority Estimates The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In An Amount Of 17,560 Meals (Estimated Amount). The Final Number Of Ordered Meals Will Depend On The Real Needs Of The Employer, And Therefore The Quantity Of Ordered During The Meal Contract May Be Smaller Than Specified In This Swz. The Number Of Days Covered By The Delivery Of Meals - Approx. 250 (Number Of Days Of School Education - Approx. 189, Number Of Days Of Attending Children To Kindergarten - About 250). The Number Of Children Attending Primary School Covered By Feeding - About 40. The Number Of Children Attending Kindergartens Covered By Feeding - Around 40.4) The Contractor Will Prepare Warm One -Course Meals In The Form Of Zups Or A Second Course At Least Three Times In The Form Week Meal Consisting Of A Second Course. The Employer Does Not Allow The Repetition Of The Same Meals In 2 Weeks. The Second Meat Dish Cannot Occur More Often Than Once A Week. 5) One Portion Of The Meal Should Include: A) Soup With A Weight Of At Least 300 Ml Plus Two Slices Of Bread Or A Roll Plus Fruit Min. 50 G.B) Second Course With A Weight Of At Least 300 G: Meat Min. 100G Or Replacement Min. 100 G (E.G. Fish, Meatballs, Slips, Etc.), 100 G Potatoes Or A Replacement 100 G (E.G. Pasta, Rice, Porridge, Etc.), Salad Or Cooked Vegetables 100 G And Juice Or Compote Min 200 Ml. The Second Dish With A Weight Of 300 G Can Also Be: Dumplings, Stuffed Cabbage, Potato Dumplings, Pasta With Sauce, Croquettes, Pancakes With Filling And Juice Or Compote Min 200 Ml Plus Fruit Min. 50 G, In Addition: • Vegetables Or Fruits Were Served In Each Meal, • A Portion Of The Fish Was Served At Least Once A Week, • From Monday To Friday, No More Than Two Portions Of Fried Dish Were Served, With Refined Vegetable Oil With A Singlethornascient Acid Content Above 50% And The Content Of Polyunsaturated Acids Below 40%; 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop. Monthly Menu. The Menu Should Include Products From Each Group, Be Varied, Balanced, Diverse, Tasty And Adapted To The Season And Holidays. 7) The Menu Should Be Presented To The Employer Until 28 - On The Day Of A Given Month For The Next Month In Order To Accept By The Ordering Party And Posted In Each Facility. The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor To Present A Weekly Menu, With Such A Menu Should Be Obtained By Thursday Last Week For The Next Week And Should Be Hung In Every
