1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In One -Time Washing Of Unopened Windows, External Blinds And Glazing In The Building Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Stalowa Wola At Ul. Dmowskiego 1 In Stalowa Wola. The Subject Of The Service Includes Washing: 1) A Glass Fragment Of The Facade (Entrance From The Front New Part) With An Area Of Approx. 33 Sq M With A Glass Roof With An Area Of 6 Sq M; 2) Unopened Windows On The Ground Floor And The First Floor Of The Building (Southern Side Of The Building) With A Total Area Of Approx. 16.50 Sq M; 3) External Blinds With A Total Area Of 76.80 Sq M) Floor (West) -Connected Area Approx. 19 Sq M; 5) Windows On The First Floor (North) With A Total Area Of Approx. 40 Sq M) Of Windows On The First Floor (East Side) With A Total Area Of Approx. 8.40 Sq M. 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Wash The Abovementioned Windows And Blinds With Frames, Fittings And Mounting Elements. The Contracting Authority Recommends Making An Optional Local Vision To Adapt The Method Of Washing Windows At Height, I.E. The Use Of Ladders, Scaffolding, Lifts Or Mountaineering Method. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Preparing The Place Of Work, In Particular: Securing The Area By Separating, E.G. With Warning Tape And Removing Items Located At The Place Of Work, If Necessary. Removal Of Current Dirt Using Professional Tools And Cleaning Products. 4) Washing, Removing Dirt From The Glass, Leaving No Streaks And Scratches. Windows Should Be Washed Using A Washer Or Cloth Using Water And Professional Shaft Washing Agents. Windows, Window Sills If They Are Noticed During The Service. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Service With Their Own Strength And Using His Own Purities, As Well As Its Tools And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Washing Of High Windows Or Windows Placed High. Therefore, The Contractor Must Have Permissions Appropriate To The Technology Used By The Technology Service Of Window Window At Heights And Have Equipment Suitable For The Technology Used, Which Must Be Safe For The Environment, In Particular For Third Parties. 5.
