Hiring A Specialized Company For The Provision Of Technical Services, With A Qualified And Duly Qualified Team, Aiming At The Organization Of The Dead Archive Of The Patos City Council. The Services Will Include The Following Activities: Selection, Cataloging, Identification, Filing, Folder Labeling And Document Organization By Team With Specific Technical Knowledge In The Area. Services Included: A) Filing Processes In The Appropriate Folders, With Review Of The Documentary Order In Adequate Guard Structures, Such As Boxes And Folders; B) Only The Documents Previously Authorized By The Secretariat Of The Chamber Will Be Organized And Filed, That Completed All Procedural Procedures; C) After Classification And Cataloging, The Documents Shall Be Filed In The Places Of Custody Indicated By The Contracting Body; D) All Equipment, Materials And Resources Necessary For The Execution Of The Services Will Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Contractor.
