Tenders are invited for Support to Vulnerable Families through Beekeeping Activities in Nineveh - Iraq. Scope of Work 1. All of the items are for a humanitarian initiative in Mosul governorate -Iraq, and, which will be funded by Human appeal UK. 2. Delivery will take place in Nineveh and Human Appeal will share the delivery schedule with the successful Vendor. The delivery of beehives and beekeeping tools shall be carried out within the Nineveh Governorate, Iraq. The specific delivery locations will be finalized in coordination with the selected vendor after the contract is awarded. Vendors should anticipate deliveries to areas such as Shora, Sinjar, Yarmouk, Qayarra, and other nearby locations. How to Apply: · Any vendors who have a valid registration in the regions of Iraq or Kurdistan are encouraged to apply and those who do not will be disregarded. · All bids, limited to those made in English, along with the completed tender form, must be sent to the following email address: IQ25-90301.tender@humanappeal.org.uk , Alternatively, originals, sealed and with an included envelope, must be handed by hand to the Human Appeal office in Building 1159, Erbil, Dream City, no later than 5:00 PM 20/August/2025 Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. · Please be sure to submit both your technical and financial bids in separate, sealed envelopes /all in one package. · Your email must have the subject line IQ25-90301 Tender; emails without a topic title will be returned unread. · Only local currency- IQD will be used to quote the given pricing. · The price offer in the tender is valid and up for acceptance for thirty days after the deadline for submitting the tender, without modification. Description of the supply contract Must have following criteria , Official company registration/ISO certification will be prefer. Relevant or Experience with other NGOs/Private /Public sectors /with good reputation. Vendor with Best Value & Qualities. Supplier who offer Free Transportation/discount. Vendor who have flexibility& cooperation condition during contract period. Vendor who have experience in NFI & Food items delivery/Livelihoods in the Nineveh region Note:The delivery of beehives and beekeeping tools shall be carried out within the Nineveh Governorate, Iraq. The specific delivery locations will be finalized in coordination with the selected vendor after the contract is awarded.
