The Ga South Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the procurements outlined above. Interested Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Ga South Municipal Assembly (Procurement Unit) and inspect the tender documents from 8:00am -4:00pm daily starting from Tuesday, 12th August 2025 at the address given below. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Six Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 600.00). The method of payment will be Bank Draft or Cash to Ga South Municipal Assembly. Tenderers as part of the tendering process shall submit the following documents as indicated below; (a) Business Registration Certificate (Attach Annual Renewal Receipt) (b) Valid GRA Clearance Certificate as at the date of opening (Original) Issued by GRA. (c) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate as at the date of opening (d) Tender Security of 2% of Total Tender Price (The purpose of the clearance certificates should be to tender for contract with the GSMA) (e) PPA Certificate of Registration or Evidence of Registration (f) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (LOT 1 to 5 only) (g) Valid Labour Certificate (h) Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing D2K2 and above Classification (LOT 6 only) Tenders must be delivered to the Address below on or before 11:00am on We Thursday 11th September, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the deadline of tender submission.
