Construction Work-Replacement Kva Thurgau, Los 3.1-Water Dampf Current. The Kva Thurgau At The Location In Weinfelden (Switzerland) Has Been In Operation Since 1996 And Must Be Replaced In The Next 10 Years. There Are Space Reserves On The Area South Of Todays Kva That Are Used For The Replacement Building. The Kva Thurgau Is Currently Operated At Its Capacity Limit And Partially Exceeds Them Today, And The Waste Forecast Has Also Shown That The Amount Of Waste Will Continue To Increase In The Future. The Capacity For The Replacement Building Was Set Accordingly To 224,000 T Waste Per Year. The Process Engineering Necessary For The New System Is Publicly Advertised On Simap In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Public Procurement System Of The Canton Of Thurgau. Process Technology Is Disadvantageed In Several Without Priority. The Present Document Forms Together With The Contract Components: - Part A: General Legal Provisions - Part B: Organizational Provisions - Part C: Technical Specification - Part D: Integrated Sonsisting Contract The Specification For The Los 3.1 Thermal System Of The New System In Weinfelden. The Loo 3.1 Includes The Delivery, Assembly, Assembly And Documentation Of The Process Engineering Components For The Thermal System Parts Of The Energy Center From The Sweeping System, In Particular From: - A Complete Steam Distribution System For Hd, Md And Nd Steam-The Integration Of The Steam Turbine Tg (Lot 3.2) And The Air-Cooled Condenser Luko (Los 3.3), Which Are Not Part Of The Delivery Of Los 3.1-A Complete Dining Water System With A Dining Water Container And A Pump Group-A Process Vapor Vapor (Md-Dack) For Various Industrial Customers-One District Heating Center For The Tbw Referee Warm Network With:- Two Heating Capacitors- An Expansion System With Pump Pressure And Supply- A Redundancy Kettle- A Filter System And Water Conditioning- A Network Pump Group- A District Heating Store- Connection Of The Local And Building Heating Networks- A Complete Condensate System (Including Condensation Return From The Process Vapor Coupling)-A Complete System For Water Treatment Of Drinking Water Including Stacking And Distribution For Mild And Full-Time Water-A Complete Domestic Water System With Pressure Increase Pumps, Filter Station And Piping To All Domestic Water Consumers-Auxiliary Steam Boilers On Md Printing (7.5 Mw)-With A Complete Cooling Water System With:-Air Cooled Cooling Cooler- Circulation Pumps - Piping To All Waste Heat Generators With Cooling Water
