The Proposed Project Entitled: Provision Of Services Of Configuration, Hosting And Support For Integrated Procurement Management Information System (Contests - Conventions), Legal Documents, Project Implementation Monitoring And Personnel Evaluation Constitutes A Complete Integrated Information System, Which Consists Of A Sub -System. Its Aim Is To Reorganize And Enhance The Operational And Administrative Capabilities Of The Directorate -General For Financial And Administrative Services (Dgd), The General Secretariat For Information Systems And Digital Governance Of The General Secretariat For Telecommunications And Post Office, The E -Government Body Of The Social Security. The Project Seeks The Radical Remodeling And Substantial Enhancement Of The Functional And Administrative Capabilities Of The Aforementioned Bodies, Significantly Improving The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Their Services. At The Same Time, It Aims To Deal With Chronic Public Administration Pathogens By Adopting A Coherent, Holistic And Integrated Planning To Upgrade The Public Procurement System. To This End, The Project Includes Targeted Interventions For The Integration Of Advanced Computer And Communication Technologies, As Well As Promoting Innovation In The Field Of Public Contract Management. In Addition, It Is Fully Harmonized With The Framework Established By Law 4412/2016 Public Projects, Supplies And Services (Government Gazette 147/A/08-08-2016), As Amended And In Force. Given The Complexity And Innovative Nature Of The Projects Managed By The Body, The Proposed Project Aims To Continuously And Effectively Monitor Their Implementation.
