The Subject Of Performance Will Be Implemented In Accordance With Section 70 Of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., On Social Services, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As “Zss”), And Decree No. 505/2006 Coll. The Target Group Is Persons With Mental Or Combined Disabilities (Physical, Mental) Who Have No Experience Of Life Outside Their Own Or Surrogate Family, Or Outside School Or Other Similar Facilities For Institutional Education, Social, Health Or Other Facilities, Or Their Unfavorable Social Situation Is Associated With The Absence Of Appropriate Housing. Residential Forms Of The Service, With An Emphasis On Housing. The Background Of The Social Rehabilitation Service Has A Capacity Of 6 Beds In 2 Households. The Personnel Capacity Of The Service Is 6 Jobs Of Direct Work Workers, Namely Professional Activities In Social Services Pursuant To Section 115 (1) Of The Zss. The Aim Of The Social Rehabilitation Service, Or Public Procurement, Is To Develop Social Competences Of Users Of Services Necessary For The Most Independent Life, Especially In The Field Of Household Care Of Finance Management, Orientation In The External Environment, Handling Personal Matters, Organization And Leisure Time, Developing Competences Necessary For Labor Market. The Impacts Of The Service Should Be Directed To The Fact That Services Users On The Free Housing Market (With Any Support For The Services Of Independent Housing Or Other Field Services), Or Obtain Support For Protected Housing Services With The Lowest Possible Support. The Expected Impact Of The Service Is Also The Highest Possible Involvement Of Service Users On The Protected Or Open Labor Market. The Tender Will Result In The Conclusion Of The Contract For The Securing Of The Social Service And The Lease With One Selected Supplier, Which Will Ensure The Availability Of A Predetermined Service Under The Specified Financing Conditions.
