1 The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 2. Requirements Of The Ordering Party: 1) The Contracting Authority Requires The Delivery Of The Equipment And Software Covered By The Order Within 30 Days Of Signing The Contract 2) The Delivery Of The Subject Of This Procedure Must Be Made By The Contractor To The Address Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Suburban 5, 19-300 Ełk 3) All Devices And The Software Provided Must Be Brand New And Must Come From The Official Sales Channel Of The Manufacturer To The Polish Market. In The Case Of Multiples Of The Same Equipment, It Is Required That Each Of The Types Of Equipment Specified Below Is Identical, I.E. The Equal Manufacturer, Model/Version And Complex. 4) The Contractor Will Guarantee The Supplied Equipment For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months. For Portable Equipment, A Guarantee Of A Minimum Of 12 Months Per Battery Is Required. The Warranty Must Ensure At Least The Replacement Of The Damaged Component Or Device With New Ones, With The Proviso That All Damaged Memory Media, And In Particular Hard Disks Remain At The Contracting Authority Without Incurring Additional Costs. The Warranty Service For Delivered Equipment, As Part Of The Manufacturers Warranty, Will Be Implemented By The Equipment Manufacturer Or The Entity Manufacturer Performing The Guarantee Of The Equipment Manufacturer. 5) Warranty Service In The Door-To-Door System. Service Response Time: Up To 5 Business Days From The Notification, The Warranty Must Be Carried Out In Poland. 6) The Contractor Shall Be Liable Under The Warranty For The Physical And Legal Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7) In The Event Of A Defect That Cannot Be Removed, Or If The Defeat Has Occurred Three Times Despite The Repairs, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Equipment With A New, Free From Defects, Not Worse Than Originally Delivered, On Time Not To Be Provided, On Time Not To Be Provided, On Time Not To Be Provided. Longer Than 14 Business Days From The Date Of Notification. 8) The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure The Availability Of Spare Parts For A Minimum Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Delivery. 9) Along With The Delivery Of Hardware And Software Being The Subject Of This Study, The Contractor Must Provide The Employer With A Protocol Of Equipment Receipt With Unit Costs Together With Its Serial Numbers As Well As Warranty Conditions And Contact Details, As Well As Confirmation Of Manufacturers Of The Supplied Devices Or An Authorized Manufacturer Of The Manufacturer To Poland (Required To Attach An Authorization Document Issued By The Manufacturer) That Provided By The Manufacturer) That Provided By The Manufacturer) The Contractor, The Equipment Is Brand New, Unused And Complete, Comes From The Official Manufacturers Sales Channel To The Polish Market And Is Subject To Ful
