Tenders are invited for 132/33kv Al Aamra Main Substation (Armn) and Associated 132kv Underground Cabling Works. Fees (Dhs.):5000 Etihad Water & Electricity (Previously Federal Electricity and Water Authority) hereby invites tenderers from qualified firms who are registered in UAE and duly licensed for the above tender against a non-refundable fee of AED 5,000 (Five Thousand Dirhams Only) Conditions to participate & collect the tender documents: The company must be registered in Etihad WE vendors list. In case of the company is not registered, they must finish the registration process to be able to participate in the tender. The tenderer must be a U.A.E. national, individual or a company owned by nationals or a company in which 51% of the share capital is owned by nationals; Free Zone Company, branch of GCC and Foreign Companies having a local office in the U.A.E. Offers should be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee for 5% of the total tendered sum valid for (180) days from the last date of tender submission. Tender Bond must be submitted before the date and time of the technical opening, by hand, otherwise the offer will be rejected. It should be enclosed in sealed envelope bearing the tenderer name, tender number and title addressed to: VP Supply Chain, Etihad Water & Electricity, Ajman Rashidya 1. The said Bid-Bond should be issued by a bank operating in U.A.E and under the name of the company who purchased the tender documents. The offers shall be valid for 180 days from the last date of submission. Proposal submission details: Tenders shall be submitted through the SAP SRM ONLINE system. Once sold in the name of any intending firm, tender documents are not transferable to any other party. Last date to purchase the Tender is on 18/08/2025 (Monday) The last date of submission and opening of the Tender is 25/08/2025 (Monday) at 11:00 AM The commercial offers opening date will be informed later to the technically accepted companies.
