We provide services in Health, Education, Nutrition, CP, and WASH to the community. Terms and requirements: · The bid must be submitted using the attached forms and annexes, bids that do not match the attached form will be disqualified. · All Bid forms and documents related to this tender must be stamped by the supplier, any bid that does not comply with this will be excluded. · All documents must be filled in with the required data, and any bidder who does not comply with this will be excluded. · Pricing must be done in SAR Saudi Riyal, any bid submitted in another currency will be rejected. · Offered prices must be remain valid for at least 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes. · The prices quoted must include all indirect additional costs such as taxes, delivery and any other cost. · It is required to submit a free sample of the school bag, complete with all its contents, with both logos printed in color using UV printing on the front pocket of the bag. This is to enable the technical evaluation committee to conduct an accurate and comprehensive assessment of the submitted technical offers. · Failure to submit a complete and properly filled sample as specified in the technical offer may result in your disqualification from the technical evaluation.
