Roading Roof Covering1/Temporary Roof2/Demolition Of Copper Sheet Covering3/Copper Sheet With Machining - Covering 4/Gutters, Drain Pipes - Dismantling And Assembly 5/Construction - Repair, Impregnation. Attic Ceiling1/ Insulation, Insulation On The Ceiling2/ Blind Floor On Joists3/ Folding Stairs, Railustrada4/ Deportation Of Scrap Metal, Utilization Of Materials From Demolition. Replacement Of Lightning Protection Installation1/ Replacement Of Lightning Protection System2/ Measurement Execution. Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation1/ Purchase And Assembly Of Mechanical Ventilation With Distribution To Rooms2/ Installation Assembly Tests And Technological Start, Volume Measurements. Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Technical Design, Architectural And Construction Project, The Decision Of The Lwkz And The Decision Of The Medical University 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Its Scope Is Presented In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As Additional Information Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 3. The Warranty For Completed Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is A Minimum Of 24 Months. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Construction Law Together With Enforcement Provisions, Standards Of Manufacturers Of The Manufacturers Of Applied Equipment And Materials, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art, Under The Supervision Of Representatives Of The Contracting Authority - Investor Supervision Inspector. 5. The Employer Informs That The Building Covered By The Renovation Is A Historic Object, Therefore The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Act Of 23 July 2003 On The Protection Of Monuments And The Care Of Monuments (I.E.
