    The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor Regarding The Development Of A Draft Resolution On The General Plan Of The Chełmiec Commune. March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended); 2) Of The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended); 3) The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Protection And Environmental Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended); 4) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended); 5) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of 26 October 2020 In The Case Spatial Data And Metadata Collections In The Field Of Spatial Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1916, As Amended) And Other Laws Regulating The Issues Of Spatial Planning And Development. The Thin -Legged Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In Annex 8 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Terms Of The Contract Were Included In The Planned Provisions No. 7 To Swz.
