1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Toilets In The Building Of Primary School No. 32 At Ul. Szymały 124 In Bytom. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular:- Implementation Of Project And Cost Documentation To The Necessary Extent,- Disassembly Of Existing Sanitary Equipment And Water, Sewage, Electrical Installations,- Demolition Of Existing Partition Walls, Wall And Floor Glaze And Dismantling Of Doors,- Assembly Of Frames And Door Wings,- Execution Of The Installation Of Living Water And Sanitary Sewage System,- Implementation Of Installations,- Implementation Of Installations Electricity,- Plastering And Painting Works (Walls, Ceilings) Along With The Preparation Of Surfaces,- Performing New Wall And Floor Cladding,- Assembly Of New Sanitary Facilities,- Execution Of Wiring Of The Electrical Installation,- Assembly Of New Lighting And Connectors,- Assembly Of Radiators With Thermostatic Heads And Heater Housings In Toilet Rooms,- Assembly Of Typical System Walls Secreting Toilets,- Bricking Furrows And Holes On Dismantled Elements,- Installation Of Equipment: Soap Feeders, Toilet Paper, Etc.- Finishing And Accompanying Works Necessary To Make Toilets. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz, I.E. The Functional And Utility Program. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Employer At Least 60 Months Warranty And Warranty For Completed Construction Works As Well As The Materials, Equipment And Equipment Used, Calculated From The Day Of The Final Acceptance Of Works, On The Conditions Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. (The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period And Warranty For Completed Works As Well As Used Materials, Equipment And Equipment That Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Offer Assessment Criteria (See: Part Xviii Swz. 5.
