    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Cleaning Services Of The Rainwater Sewage System In The City Of Ustka In 2025.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 2.1. Planned Cleaning Of The Rainwater Sewage System, 2.2. Intervention Removal Of Rainwater From The City Of The City Of Ustka According To The Needs Determined By The Contracting Authority (E.G. Sudden Rainfall, Snow Tune): Rainwater Discharge Will Take Place In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority, 2.3. Mechanical And Manual Cleaning And Deepening Of The Drainage Ditch In The City Of Ustka, 2.4. Intervention Mechanical And Manual Cleaning Of The Brine Graduation Tower (Selection Of Brine). 3. The Contractor, In Accordance With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), Is The Owner And Manufacturer Of Waste Arising In Connection With The Implementation Of Works. The Contractors Have All The Obligations Arising From The Above Act. 4. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment From The Contractor And Subcontractors Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Who Will Be Referred To The Performance Of The Order, Performing Activities Consisting In Cleaning The Rainwater Sewage System, Separators, Drainage Ditch And Graduation Tower, And Removing Rainwater. These Activities Are Within The Scope Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, Which Reads: By Establishing An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform A Specific Type Of Work For The Employer And Under His Leadership And At The Place And Time Appointed By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ An Employee For Remuneration.
