Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Sports And Recreational Services In Sports And Recreation Facilities In The Republic Of Poland For Employees Employed At The Sp Zoz District Emergency Service In Sosnowiec

Description Of The Subject Of The Contract1. The Subject Of The Order Are Sports And Recreational Services Made Available In Sports And Recreation Facilities, Including Sports And Recreational Activities, Employees Of The Ordering Party, Employees Of Employees, Students Under 26 Years Old, Seniors Over The Age Of 60 And Accompanying Persons Submitted By Employees, Based On The Provided Personal Cards/Passes Of Participants Or/And Mobile Application, As Part Of A Monthly Subscription. Name Card/Pass/Application Entitles Users To Enter And Use Services In Facilities In The Contractors Offer On The Territory Of All Of Poland. 2. People Interested In Sports Passes Are: Employees Of The Ordering Party, Accompanying Persons, Children, Students Under 26, Seniors Over The Age Of 60. The Group Of Accompanying People Includes Persons Reported By Employees. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities As Well As Sports And Recreational Activities Throughout Poland In Various Forms Of Availability: Unlimited And Limited. 4. Throughout The Country, The Contractor Will Guarantee Access To Not Less Than 4,000 Different Sports And Recreation Facilities, Which Means Signed Contracts With Partners, Including In Particular: Not Less Than 600 Different Sports And Recreation Facilities In The Śląskie Voivodeship, Of Which There Is At Least 60 Pool. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Pzp, In The Scope Of Which The Contracting Authority Provides For An Increase In The Number Of Services Not More Than 50% Of The Net Order Of The Basic Order On The Terms Set Out In The Draft Contract. The Indicated Number Of Users Is An Estimate. The Employer Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Of Options, I.E. During The Duration Of The Purchase Contract For The Purchase Of More Services For Users Up To 50% Of The Net Order Of The Basic Order Depending On The Demand Resulting From Difficult To Predict Market Conditions. The Employer May Reduce The Number Of Services Below The Amount Specified In The Table Above And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Depending On Its Actual Needs. Reducing The Scope Of Services Is Possible To 30% Of The Total Gross Value Of The Subject Of The Contract And Does Not Require Amending The Contract. 31 Para. 2 And 35 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act For The Next 12 Months, After The Expiry Of The Basic Period. The Resumption Consists In The Implementation Of The Same Benefit (Identical To The Material) Under The Same Terms Of The Contract. The Single Resumption Value Will Be Calculated On The Basis Of Unit Prices Indicated By The Contractor. 5. Payment For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place By Bank Transfer Within 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of A Correctly Issued Invoice. 6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7)
