    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Training Preparation For The Examination Of A Motor Vehicle With A Permissible Total Weight Above 3.5 T For The Tso Firefighter From The Area Of Kw Psp In Bialystok. The Order Of The Order Is To Train Firefighters Of Rescuers Of Volunteer Fire Brigades From The Podlasie Voivodship In The Scope Of Obtaining Driving License. 5 Firefighters Of The Tso Rescuers From The Area Of Operation Of The Psp Km In Bialystok After The Training, The Contractor Will Issue A Certificate Of Passing The Internal Exam For Each Participant In The Training. The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Equipment, Devices And Materials For Proper Training. The Contractor Must Meet The Conditions Set Out In Art. 28 Para. 10 Of The Act Of 5 January 2011 On Vehicle Drivers (Journal Of Laws 20124.1210, I.E. As Amended). For A Given Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Conduct A Driver Training Center In The Area Of The Poviat Competent For Business Activity. 2. The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Contract Using The Following Documents: • Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments (Annex 2 To Swz) - Implementation Of The Training In Accordance With The Training Program Preparing For The Examination Of A Motor Vehicle With A Permissible Total Weight Above 3.5 T For The Fireman Of The Tso Rescuer Whenever They Indicate The Legal Acts, Day Of Initiation Of The Subject Proceedings • Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 3 To Swz)
