The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Factory New Personal Protective Equipment And Quartermaster Equipment, Intended For Entities Carrying Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Equipment Will Be Used In Rescue And Fire-Fighting, Escapes, Medical Protection And In The Organization Of Temporary Accommodation Of Injured Persons. The Order Of The Order Includes: • Firefighting Helmets That Meet The Requirements Of Norms And Having Cnbop Authorization Certificates, • Special Protective (Combat) Clothes In Accordance With Pn-En 469, • Pn-En Firefighter Shoes In Accordance With Pn-En. 15090, • Firefighting Gloves In Accordance With Pn-En 659, • Aluminum Field Beds, Equipped With Transport Covers, • Moisture-Resistant Sleeping Bags, With A Range Of Comfort Enabling Use In Field Conditions. The Setting Assortment Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Made Of Materials That Meet The Requirements Of Safety And Health Required Certificates And Declarations Of Compliance. Each Of The Elements Of The Order Should Meet The Minimum Requirements Indicated In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz), Contained In Annex 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Minimum Requirements. The Object Of The Proceedings Includes The Purchase Of: Firemens Helmets - 50 Pcs, Special Protective Clothes - 50 Pcs, Fire Shoes - 50 Pcs, Firefighters - 50 Pcs, Fields 40 Pcs, Sleeping Bags - 40 Pcs In The Event Of Replacement Or Repair Of The Element - From The Date Of Replacement/Repair. In The Case Of The Manufacturers Warranty Is Shorter Than Declared In The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Own Guarantee Of Supplementary To The Declared Period. For Confirmation Of Compliance With The Fulfillment Of The Requirements, The Contractor Submits A Declaration Of The Period Of Warranty Granted And Warranty In The Offer. 2. The Detailed Specification Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz - Minimum Requirements.
