The Car Should Have All The Necessary Documents Allowing Vehicles To Traffic In The Country, And At The Same Time Be Consistent With The Euro 6 Standard And Meet The Conditions Specified In Poland In Force In Poland. Road Traffic Law (Uniform Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 450 As Amended) And Executive Ordinances To This Act And Other Provisions Of The Applicable National Law And Eu Law, Including Approval. Infrastructure Of 31.12.2022 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2022, As Amended). The Contracting Authority Allows The Delivery Of A Vehicle That Has A Approval Certificate To The Base Vehicle And Documents Necessary For Two -Stage Registration (E.G. Diagnostic Station Tests Confirming That After Adaptation It Is A Car Approved For Traffic As A Car Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled People). Along With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide:- Current Vehicle Approval Certificate,- A Vehicle Manual, Equipment And Maintenance Of A Vehicle In Polish,- A Vehicle Warranty Card In Polish,- A List Of Authorized Service Stations That Are Authorized To Perform Repairs And Inspections In The Warranty Period,- Approvals, Certificates And Other Documents Provided For In The Law Environmental Standards, Document Confirming The Fulfillment Of Exhaust Emission Standards, - Sets Of Keys, Pilots Or Other Tools/Information Provided By The Manufacturer To Start Or Secure The Car. Minimal Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Regarding The Contractors Warranty On The Car Offered: - Mechanical And Electrical Guarantee (Including All Equipment) - Min. 24 Months, Without Kilometers Limit, - For Paint Coatings - 24 Months, - For Perforation Of Body Elements - 120 Months Of Inspections During The Warranty Period Is Borne By The Contracting Authority. The Warranty Period Will Start From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report Without Reservations, In Accordance With Annex 7 - Draft Contract. The Contractor Will Ensure The Implementation Of Warranty Obligations, Inspections And Repairs At At Least 1 Authorized Manufacturers Service Station Of The Offered Car At A Distance Of Not More Than 50 Km From The Town Of Koneck.
