    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Controlled Felling Of Trees And The Displacement Of Developmental Forms Of Oak Pads Along With Accompanying Works And Milling Of Trunks With The Purchase Of Wood From The Clipping In Accordance With Swz Conditions. Code And Name Of The Common Dictionary Of Orders: 77211400-6 Trees Cutting Services90721700-4 Services For The Protection Of Species Of Endangered Wood, Estimated In Accordance With The Short-Term Respect Using The Price List In Force At The Contracting Authority, Is: Heating Wood (S4) In Quantity: 6.15 M3-707.68 Pln (With Vat 23%). 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of A Section Controlled With The Transfer Of An Oak Pad (3 Pcs) In The Field Ward In Olesno. The Order Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Trees, Cutting Trunks And Cleaning From The Road Lane To The Cutting Of The Service Performed With The Service Obtained By The Contractor With Wood. In The Case Of The Value Of The Service Valued By The Contractor, The Contractor Will Be Lower Than The Value Of The Wood Obtained, The Contractor Will Be Lower Than The Value. Pays The Difference In The Value Of The Wood Clippings And The Value Of Wood. As Part Of This Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: A) Clean The Cut Trees And Branches, B) Cleaning The Area Within The Milled Trunk From The Obtained Wood Material, Which The Contractor Will Develop On Its Own, C) Profiling The Ground Surface At The Milling Trunk At The Place Of The Existing Area (Humus).
