1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Successive Sequencing Of The Stubbuted Genomic Libraries By The New Generation Ngs (Next Generation Sequencing) Method On The Illumina Platform - As Part Of The Leader Xii Project: Development Of A Diagnostic Tool Using The Technique Of High -Pass Sequencing New Generation For Comprehensive Molecular Diagnostics Of Selected Facades With Special Facades. Taking Into Account The Type I Neurofibromatosis Financed From The Funds Of The National Center For Research And Development (Ncbir), Lider Grant Agreement/45/0234/L-12/20/Ncbr/2021.2. The Service Consists Of Three Integral Parts: - Quality Assessment Of Delivered Libraries, - Equimolar Stubbinging And - Sequencing. 3. In Order To Maintain The Continuity Of The Methodology And The Comparison Of The Results Obtained In Bioinformatic Analysis With Resulting Data From Previous Ngs Analyzes, Sequencing Will Be Carried Out On The Illumina Platform. 4. The Contracting Authority Allows An Equivalent Platform, I.E. (Equivalent Platform Using The Sequencing Methodology (Sequencing By Synthesis, Sbs), Which Should Ensure The Continuity Of The Test Results And Their Comparability In Bioinformatic Analysis With The Resulting Data From Previous Ngs Analyzes, Which Has So Far Used: Illumina Novaseq X). 5. The Offered Equivalent Product Should: A) Use The Sequencing Methodology By Synthesis (Sbs) .B). All Provisions Contained In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Indicating The Type, Trademarks Or Origin Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Read Along With The Words Or Equivalent. Considal Names Are Only Examples, They Do Not Indicate A Specific Product Or A Specific Manufacturer. The Contractor, By Offering An Balance Subject To The Specification Described In The Specification, Is Obliged To Maintain Equivalence In The Scope Of Utility, Functional, Dimensional And Quality And Aesthetic Parameters, Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Specification, As Equivalent Parameters, And In Relation To Some Materials In Terms Of Aesthetics, Which Must Be At A Level Not Lower Than The Parameters Indicated By The Contracting Authority. The Basic Scope And The Optional Scope - In Accordance With Annexes 1.1 And Annex 3 To Swz. A) The Contracting Authority Informs That The Basic Order Is An Order That The Contractor Will Be Ordered. The Employer Reserves The Right To Not Realize 50% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Basic Contract, Without Having To Change The Terms Of The Contract. B) The Order Covered By The Right Options Is The Order From Which The Contracting Authority Will Use, Depending On The Direction Of The Examination And The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority.
