    1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of The Contractor In The Scope Of The Delivery Of A Comprehensive It System To The Register Of Fixed Assets Together With The Implementation And Technical Support And The Delivery Of Equipment For The Needs Of Armk Sp. Z O.O.1.1 In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 1.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In Annex 1 To Swz. This Description Should Be Read Along With Any Changes To Swz Content, Which Is, For Example, The Result Of The Answers To Contractors Questions.1.3 The Contractor Must Offer The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz.1.4 The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Grant At Least A 24 -Month Warranty For The Software Together With The Equipment * Parameter The Software With Equipment 2. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Were Described In Swz And Attachments To Swz.
