Tenders Are Invited For Investors Supervision Service For The Task Construction Of Water And Sewage Infrastructure For The Needs Of The Industrial Zone In The Area Of Sosnowa And Łódź Streets In Skierniewice

1. The Subject Of These Proceedings Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Performing Multi-Branch Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of Water And Sewage Infrastructure For The Needs Of The Industrial Zone In The Area Of Sosnowa And Łódź Streets In Skierniewice. On Giving Opinions And Recommending Solutions Of Technical Issues As Well As In Supports With The Contractor And Third Parties, Reporting, Control, Coordination And Settlement Of Investments In Relation To Construction Works And The Supervision Over The Performance Of Warranty Obligations By The Contractor In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To The End Of The Warranty Period And Warranty For The Performance Of Construction Works On The Task. Investors Supervision Is Obliged To Act For And On Behalf Of The Employer To Implement The Project Under The Funds Secured For This Purpose, Acting In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, The Construction Law, The Act Of Geological And Mining Law, The Public Finance Act, While Maintaining Qualitative Standards In Accordance With The Approved Documentation And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Supervision Was Described In The Technical Documentation, Which Is Annex 8 To Swz. 2 The Scope Of Services Provided As Part Of The Contract Includes: Investors Supervision Obligations Include In This Respect In Particular: 1.1 Investors Supervision And Coordination Of The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions And Principles Of Polish Law And The European Union, As Well As The Guidelines Granted On Their Basis, In Particular Regarding The Procedures And Standards Of Investment Implementation, 1.1.1 Providing Their Own Funds And Resources And Qualified Personnel, As Well Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract; 1. Organizing, Coordinating And Participating In Coordination Meetings With The Contractor; 2. Cooperation With The Contractor And The Ordering Party And Enforcement From The Contractor To Remove Faults And Disadvantages As Well As Inform The Employer About The Need To Enforce From The Contractor To Remove Any Defects; 3. Performing The Correctness Of The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including In The Case Of Replacement And Additional Works (If They Occur) In The Scope Of Law, Technical Solutions And Materials Used; 4. Assistance In Making The Classification And Division Of Fixed Assets Of The Completed Investment; 2.2. Investors Supervision Involving Supervision Of Construction Works In All Industries In The Entire Investment Scope.
