Tenders Are Invited For Providing A Service Covering The Provision Of A Room, Food And Accommodation During The Organization Of Two 2-Day Training Seminars

1. Entity Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Organization (Preparation And Service) Of Two 2-Day Training Seminars In The City Of Białystok. The Organization Of Each 2-Day Training Seminar Includes Providing A Room, Meals And Accommodation For Training Participants. The Total Number Of Participants Of Training Seminars-50 People (2 X 25 People). Organization (Preparation And Service) Of Two 2-Day Training Seminars, In The City Of Bialystok In The Podlasie Voivodship, Including The Provision Of A Room, Meals And Accommodation For Training Participants. The Total Maximum Number Of Seminars Participants - 50 People (2 X 25 People), The Maximum Number Of Sleeping People - 30 People (2 X 15 People). 25-Person Group + Coach, For The Time Necessary For The Organization Of The Meeting. On The Second Day Of The Seminar, The Contractor Will Provide:  Breakfast For 15 People,  All-Day Coffee Service For 25 People,  Dinner For 25 People,  Training Room For A Group Of 25 + Trainer, For The Time Necessary For The Organization Of The Meeting. Extremely During Two 2-Day Seminars, The Contractor Will Provide:  Breakfast For 30 People (2 Seminars X 1 Dz. X 15 People),  All -Day Coffee Service For 100 People (2 Sem. X 2 Days X 25 People),  Lunch For 100 People (2 Sem. X 2 Days X 25 People),  Dinner For 30 People (2 Sem. X 1 Plot X 15 People),  Accommodation For 30 People (2 Sem. X 1 Dz. X 15 Person), Training Room For 4 Days (2 Sem. An Indispensable Organization Of The Meeting. The Commander Reserves The Right To Reduce/Increase The Number Of People Under One Training, While Maintaining The Price Rates Indicated In The Offer Form, Not Exceeding The Maximum Number Of People Using Individual Services, I.E. 50 People. The Minimum Number Of Participants Using A Coffee Break And Dinner Each Time Will Be On Average 30 People. The Number Of Training Participants Using Accommodation, Breakfast And Dinner Is Estimated And Informative. The Number Of People Using Accommodation, Breakfast And Dinner May Be Less Than The Total Number Of Training Participants. The Minimum Number Of People Using Accommodation, Breakfast And Dinner Will Be On Average 10 People. The Resort Determines The Minimum Scope Of The Service At The Following Level: A) The Number Of People Participating In Training, Using A Full -Day Coffee Service And Dinner (2 Seminars X 2 Days X 15 People) = 30 People; B) Number Of People Using Accommodation With Breakfast And Dinner (2 Seminars X 10 People X 1 = 20 People. 2. Detailed Requirements In The Scope Of The Contract Were Included In Annex 1 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), The Other Terms Of The Contract Were Included In Annex 4 To Swz, Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
