    Work Detail

    1) Purchase Of A Factory New Bus For The Transport Of Disabled People Adapted To Transport People Moving In Wheelchairs For The Association For Disabled And Elderly In Poniatowa.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Annex 1 To Swz (Technical Specification Of The Vehicle). The Presented Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Constitute The Technical And Quality Minimum Expected By The Contracting Authority. 3) In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation, If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Norms, Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By An Or Equivalent Expression, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Such Norm, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, And Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 4) In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
