The Finnish Forestry Center Requests Offers For The Restoration Of Marshes In Accordance With Appendices 1, 2 And 3 (Annex 1 Subject And General Guidelines For Restoration Of Marshes, Appendix 2 Olosjoki -Specific Plans And Maps And Appendix 3 Riivijänkän Plans And Maps). If Desired, The Operator Will Receive Spatial Data From The Forest Center Regarding The Restoration Plan. The Plans Are Part Of The Triwa Life Project. The Offer Includes • The Implementation And Management Of The Restoration Plan And The Responsibility For Occupational Safety • Implementation Of The Logging As A Winter Work • Communication And Agreement From Work And Timber Storage With Property Owners • Route Planning, Permits For Access To Routes And Providing Transportation Prices For The Restoration And The Cost Of Removing And Other Implementation For Both Sites. The Contract Offer Must Be Based On A Preliminary Assessment Of The Workload And Method Of Implementation On The Basis Of The Operators Restoration Plan (Annexes 1, 2 And 3). The Operator To Be Selected Is Responsible For All The Costs Of The Contract. The Tenders Also Ask For A Unit Price Of Any Additional Work To Be Ordered. The Project Has Reserved A Pre -Planned Budget For This Job, And If It Is Exceeded, The Tendering Will Be Suspended. The Acquisition Is Subject To The Restoration Of The Olosjoki River And The Riivehjänkä Restoration. Depending On The Financial Situation, A Procurement Decision May Be Made For Another Or Both Or Not Either. For Both Items, Prices Are Requested. For Scoring, The Comparison Price Is The Total Cost Of Both Objects If The Budget Resources Are Sufficient To Implement Both Objects. If The Budget Is Sufficient To Implement Only Another Item, The Price Of A Single Item Is Used As A Reference Price. If The Budget Is Sufficient To Restore The Olosjoki Site (A Larger Job), It Is Done Primarily. If The Budget Is Not Sufficient, The Reinforcement Will Be Restored (Smaller Job). Acquisition Exceeds The National Threshold (€ 60,000 + Vat).
