This Notification Is Not A Prior Notice, A Call For Tenders, A Contract Notice Or An Invitation To The Negotiating Procedure, And The Publication Of The Notification Will Not Begin A Tender. The City Of Helsinki Is Preparing The Competition For The New Contract Period For The Service Design Framework Arrangement. The Service Design Framework Arrangement And Its Design Agencies Are A Key Part Of The Citys Design Activities. The Aim Of The Framework Arrangement Is To Provide The City With Diverse And High Quality Design Expertise. By Design, We Solve The Many Challenges Of Residents And Employees Everyday Life, As Well As Addressing The Opportunities For The Future Of The Operating Environment, While Scanning The Future. We Want To Strengthen The Strategic Role Of Design And Invest In The Effectiveness Of Design. As Part Of The Preparation Of Tendering, The Market Dialogue Is Implemented, Which Aims To Engage Potential Service Providers In The Preparation Of The Tendering And Receive Comments And Feedback In Preliminary Tender Documents And Plans. By Participating In This Dialogue And Making Comments, Potential Tenderers Have The Opportunity To Influence The Effect Of The Actual Tendering. The Information Obtained In The Market Dialogue Can Be Used Internally To Prepare The Tendering Of The City. The Time And Procurement Procedure Will Be Decided After The Dialogue. According To The Preliminary Plan, The Procurement Would Be Made Through An Open Procedure And The Contract Notice Would Be Published During January-February 2026. We Invite All Interested Market Players To Join The Dialogue. The Tenderer Enrolls In The Market Dialogue By Answering The Questions About The Subject Of This Request For Information. The City Of The Helsinki Also Reserves The Right To Discuss With The Registrants. The City Of Helsinki Does Not Commit To Discussing All The Registers. No Compensation Is Paid For Responding To A Request For Information Or Participating In Market Dialogue. Failure To Respond To A Request For Information Does Not Prevent You From Participating In A Potential Tendering Process, And Responding To The Request For Information Or Participating In Different Events Will In No Way Affect The Position Of The Tenderer In The Actual Tender. This Is An Invitation To A Request For Information, Which Is Implemented Before The Actual Procurement Procedure Is Started.
