The Facilities Management and Capital Planning Department (FMCP) is seeking a vendor who can offer hands-on Lockout Tagout training in compliance with OSHA 1910.147 and NFPA 70E. The training will need to be conducted annually at 5 locations throughout the state, with two classes at each location. This will support both first (6 am â?? 2 pm) and second (2 pm â?? 10 pm) shifts. Must be able to support a class size of 20 individuals. All additional fees for services must be included.
