The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Created For The Delivery Of Various Types Of Medical Devices For The Needs Of The Orthopedics And Traumatology Department Of The Hospital Dr. Stoicho Hristov Eood. The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Open Throughout Its Period Of Operation For Each Candidate That Meets The Selection Criteria. Access And Participation In It Are Free And Free For All Stakeholders. All Candidates Who Meet The Selection Criteria Are Included In The Dsp. The Term Of The Dsp Is 48 Months, And In Particular Until The Specified Date Of Action Of The Dsp In Zais Eop. The Duration Of The Dsp May Be Changed. The Term Of The Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Limited Orders Within The Ssp Is For A Period Of Up To 24 / Twenty -Four / Months. Within The Dynamic Purchases System, The Award Of Public Procurement Is Carried Out In Stages. Stage One: Qualification Of Suppliers (Admission Of Suppliers To The Dsp). Interested Parties Submit Applications For Participation. Applications For Participation / Edop And Other Requested Selection Documents / Contain Information On The Personal Status Of The Candidates And Selection Criteria. Deadline For Submission Of Initial Applications - 15.09.2025. The Examination Of The Initial Applications For Participation Will Be Made Within 10 Working Days Of The Deadline For Submission Of Initial Applications. The Period For Consideration Of The Initial Application In The Event Of Difficulties That May Be Prolonged To Be Extended To 30 Days. Applications May Also Be Submitted After The Deadline For Submission Of Initial Applications, In Which Cases The Candidates Will Receive Invitations After Approving Their Inclusion In The Dsp. After Each Consideration Of The Applications, The Contracting Authority Issued A Selection Decision By Which The Qualified Suppliers Join The Dsp. After The Entry Into Force Of The Selection Decision, The Second Stage Of The Procedure/Collection Of Tenders At Specific Invitations/: During The Action Of The Dsp, The Contracting Authority Will Announce Limited Procedures. For This Purpose, The Contracting Authority Will Send An Invitation To Submit Tenders For A Specific Public Procurement To Those Providers Who Have Been Qualified/Admitted. The Offers Contain A Technical And Price Offer. After The Entry Into Force Of The Decision To Select A Contractor (S), The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract (S) For The Award Of The Delivery Of The Respective Medical Devices.
