The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Created For The Delivery Of Various Types Of Medical Devices For The Needs Of The Orthopedics And Traumatology Department Of The Hospital Dr. Stoicho Hristov Eood. The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Open Throughout Its Period Of Operation For Each Candidate That Meets The Selection Criteria. Access And Participation In It Are Free And Free For All Stakeholders. All Candidates Who Meet The Selection Criteria Are Included In The Dsp. The Term Of The Dsp Is 48 Months, And In Particular Until The Specified Date Of Action Of The Dsp In Zais Eop. The Period For Consideration Of The Initial Application In The Event Of Difficulties That May Be Prolonged To Be Extended To 30 Days. After The Entry Into Force Of The Decision To Select A Contractor (S), The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract (S) For The Award Of The Delivery Of The Respective Medical Devices.
