The Execution Of The Contract Includes Activities For The Production And Delivery Of Workwear That Meets The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Detailed In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 To This Documentation. This Public Procurement Is Reserved Within The Meaning Of Article 12 Of The Public Procurement Act And Is Intended For The Award Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Or For Economic Entities Whose Main Purpose Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Disabled People And The Units, Since Its Services Are Included In The Subject Dictionary, Adopted With Rshs № 591/18.07.2016. The Public Procurement Is Opened On The Basis Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Ppa Through An Open Procedure. To Participate In The Procedure Of Offers Can Submit: Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Within The Meaning Of Art. In These Cases, Persons Must Be Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of This Procurement Procedure. Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities May Participate In The Procedure, Provided That They May Perform At Least 80 Percent Of Its Subject With Their Own Machines, Facilities And Human Resources (According To Article 12, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Law).
