    Prior Information Notice For Public Transport Services By Railways - Selection Of A Carrier For Concluding A Public Service Contract In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Railway Passenger Transport In The Hradec Králové Region - Operational Ensemble South - Transitional Period. Ensuring Transport Services By Public Services In Passengers Transport By Public Railway Passenger Transport Within The “South” Operating Ensemble On Part Of The Hradec Králové Region Within The Meaning Of Section 3 (2) Of Act No. 194/2010 Coll. Transport Services Will Be Provided On The Sections Of Railway Lines On The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region And With The Consent Of The Pardubice Region Also In Its Territory. The Focus Of The Performance Will Rest On The Lines Hradec Králové - Letohrad, Hradec Králové - Solnice, Hradec Králové - Rokytnice In The Orlické Mountains, Hradec Králové - Chlumec Nad Cidlinou - Nový Bydžov, Hradec Králové - Jaroměř, Dobruška - Choceň And Hronov - Choceň. It Is A Contract For A Transitional Period Not Exceeding 5 Years Pursuant To Article 5 (3) Of Regulation (Ec) No 1370/2007. The Client Does Not Exclude The Requirement For The Acquisition Of New Emu And Bem Vehicles, Which The Carrier Would Subsequently Emerged From The Offer Procedure Is Obliged To Take Over Under The Conditions Laid Down By The Client. If The Client Requires The Acquisition Of New Units, The Client And Bem Require The Use Of Financial Support From The Transgov Program No. 1/2024 From The Modernization Fund (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subsidy Program). With Regard To The Conditions Of The Subsidy Program, The New Emu And Bem Units Will Be Obliged To Acquire In The Tendering Procedure Pursuant To Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement, As Amended.
