Development Of Complete Design Documentation Based On A Functional And Utility Program (Annex 13 To Swz) Together With Obtaining All Decisions Required By Law, Including A Decision On Environmental Conditions And A Water Permit, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Obtaining A Permit For The Implementation Of The Investment And Obtaining A Permit For The Implementation Of The Investment Roadowa Zrid / Building Permits / Other Document From The Construction Law Entitling To Carry Out Construction Works. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require That The Contractor Develops One Project Documentation Covering The Entire Scope Of The Order And Obtains Zrids Decision Simultaneously For The Entire Investment. Thus, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Developing Project Documentation Together With Obtaining All The Decisions, Opinions, Permits Required By Law, And Obtaining A Permit For The Implementation Of The Zrid Traffic Investment / Building Permit / Other Document From The Construction Law Entitling To Carry Out Construction Works For Individual Sections Of Expanded / Built Poviat Roads, Respectively, Constituting The Subject Of This Contract (After Presenting The Ordering The Concept Of Division Into Sections And Obtaining A Written Acceptance On Its Part In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In § 2 Para. B. Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Extension / Construction Of Roads In Accordance With The Project Documentation Approved By The Employer As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art As Well As The Principles And Conditions Of Health And Safety, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision Over Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Project Documentation. The Investment Includes, Among Others Expansion And Construction Of Roads With A Length Of About 3.5 Km, Consisting In The Expansion Of Przemysłowa Street And Municipal Road Sections, Building A New Section Of The Road, Building Two Intersections Such As A Roundabout, Building A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, Building A Pavement In Ul. Przemysłowa, The Construction Of A Road And Cutting Crossing Through A Railway Siding, Building A Bridge On The Czeczotka River, Building Rainwater Drainage And Lighting, Building A Sanitary Sewage System In Ul. Industrial And Reconstruction Of Colliding Utilities Networks, Such As The Overhead Electro-Energy Line, Cable Power Line, Waterworks, Gas Pipelines And Other Identified Devices By The Contractor During Design And Construction Works. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Also Perform Compensation Plantings. C.
