The Scope Of The Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order Includes A Minimum: 1) Sales And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of The Offered Equipment In Place Indicated In Section 2.1.2 Ads (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment); 2) Preparation For Operation By The Employer Provided To Him Of The Equipment, Consisting Of A Minimum Of Carrying Out The Equipment At The Place Of Delivery Of Its Assembly And Performing Other Types Of Relevant Installation Activities Of Individual Devices, Components And Other Physical Elements, As Well As (After Completing The Above -Mentioned Assembly And Installation Activities). Performing The First Launch To Demonstrate The Correctness Of Its Operation (Work), As Well As Conducting For The Personnel Training (Aimed At Preparing These People For Correct Service And Practical Operation) Offered And Supplied To The Employer In The Performance Of This Order Of Equipment And Conducting Additional Application Training (Aimed At Presenting The Personnel To The Contracting Authority Of The Scope And Possibilities Of Use Offered As Part Of An X -Ray Diffraction Equipment). A Specific Type And Scope Of Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The Benefits Referred To Above In This Item And The Manner Of Their Performance Is Given By § 4 Of The Contract Template. 3) Granting The Contracting Authority A Guarantee For Equipment, With A Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Equipment To The Employer (Taking Into Account Additional Provisions In This Respect Given In § 6 (3) Of The Contract Template); 4) Providing The Employer With Relevant Licenses Entitling The Employer To Legal Use Of The Offered Software Referred To In Annex 2 Of Swz And Any Other Computer Programs, Which - As Components Or Belonging - Are Necessary To Use The Equipment On The Part Of The Contracting Authority Or Will Be Offered. A Full, Indefinite, Unenimable Minimum License Will Be Required; 5) Issuing To The Ordering Party: A) The Documents Referred To In § 5 Para. 1 Of The Contract Template; B) Other Documents, If The Equipment Offered, Its Manufacturer Or Contractor, Or Legal Provisions Require Such Documents To Use The Equipment On The Part Of The Ordering Party (As A User). 3. The Scope Of This Order (Delivery) Also Includes The Following Additional Benefits Requiring Performance On The Part Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, At The Stage After Issuing The Ordering Equipment, Such As Removing Defects And Performing Other Benefits For The Employer In Connection With The Guarantee Provided For The Offered Equipment. 4.
