At Each Delivery, It Is Required To Transfer To The Representative Of The Ordering Party - A Person Receiving A Given Batch Of Fuel Oil Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Quality Of The Supplied Oil (Quality Certificate) Specified By The Contracting Authority In This Description. Transport Costs Will Be Included In The Price Of Light Fuel Oil. 6 Specified In Paragraph 3, Due To The Weather And Atmospheric Conditions, Or As A Result Of Other Factors Affecting The Demand Of The Ordering Party In The Amount Of Oil.
