The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Replacement Of The Surface At Playgrounds In The City Of Ustroń As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Retrofitting The Playground In The City Of Ustroń. The Erection Was Divided Into Three Parts And Includes: Part 1 - Replacement Of Safe Surface At The Playground In The Kościuszko Park In Ustroń Under The Mobilus Play Device, Before Assembly Of The Hyperplasia 5 Cm With The Arrangement Of Bio -Plated Grass Seeds On The Entire Surface Of Newly Arranged Mats. All Materials Used Should Have The Necessary Approvals For Public Playgrounds, In Accordance With The Pn-En-1176 Standard. All Work Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. Before Submitting The Offer, The Investor Recommends Detailed Familiarization With The Scope And Nature Of Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Any Applications For The Start And Completion Of Construction Works Required By Law Under The Investment. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Part 1 Is Included In The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Legens Of The Works (Which Are Auxiliary In The Offer Of The Offer) For Part 1.
