1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof Covering At The Arma Poviat Office In Hrubieszów At Ul. New 16. The Order Includes Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of The Roof Covering, The Ventilation Of Rooms Using Wall Recuperators And The Execution Of Ventilation Chimneys Above The Roof In The Building Of The Arimr Field Unit In Hrubieszów, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In The Documentation Attached To The Contract. A Two -Storey Building (Ground Floor + Floor), Non -Basement. 2. The Scope Of Works Is Provided For:- Demolition Of The Existing Roofing- Demolition Of Existing Flashings And Guttering- Replacement Of The Technical Ladder On The Roof- Making Holes In The Ceiling For Ventilation Ducts- Making Ventilation Of Rooms Using Wall Recuperators- Checking, Clearing And Improving Gravitational Ventilation Of Sanitary Rooms, With Execution, Ventilation Chimneys Above The Roof- Lengthening Of The Roof Slope- Extending The Treatment Of The Attic Across Its Entire Perimeter, While Maintaining The Reserve For Future Warming- Replacement Of Roofing From Trapezoidal Sheet With A New Cover Of Thermosal Roofing Felt- Insulation Of The Renovated Ceiling- Performing New Shielding And Yielding- Replacement Of The Existing Installation- Replacement Of The Existing Installation The Expansion Of The Existing Te Time Switchgear For The Rr- Installation Of The Recuperation Switchgear- Supplying Sanitary Installations, Including Recuperation And Ventilation Devices- Renovation And Painting Work Of The Rooms Of Building Building, Construction Of Building, Inside The Building Will Take Place At An Active Office Building During The Office Hours Of The Contracting Authority (07:00- 17:00). Works Outside The Building Can Be Carried Out On Business Days Between 7:00 And 17:00 And With The Prior Consent Of The Ordering Party, Also Outside These Hours And On Weekends. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Technical And Executive Design Of The Roof Renovation With Ventilation Of Rooms In The Building Of The Arimr Field Unit In Hrubieszów At Ul. New 16, Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Bill Of Quantities. 4. The Contractor Will Guarantee Construction Works Performed As Part Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Report Of Construction Works. 5. Other Relevant Requirements Of The Employer Regarding The Subject Of The Contract And The Implementation Of The Contract Were Concluded In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.
