Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.1) All Parts Used For Repair, Teams, Components And Accessories Should Be Allowed To Trading And Have A Minimum Of 24 -Month Quality Guarantee Calculated From The Date Of Service Receipt. The Products Should Be Brand New And Complete And Must Belong To One Of The Nw. Groups: - Original - Subject Of Equipment Or Parts - It Is Understood As A System, Separate Technical Team Or Part, Which Was Produced In Accordance With The Specifications And Production Standards Provided By The Vehicle Manufacturer For The Production Of The Subject Of The Equipment Or Part Of The Vehicle To Which It Relates, And The Subject Of Equipment Or Part That Was Produced On The Same Production Line; - Replacements - The Subject Of The Equipment Or Part For Which The Manufacturer Is Testified Or Part They Correspond To The Quality Of The Equipment Or Parts Used To Install The Vehicle, And Were Produced In Accordance With The Specifications And Production Standards Of The Vehicle Manufacturer. 2) The Dimensions Of The Equivalent Product Must Enable Its Installation In A Given Type Of Equipment For Which They Are Intended. 3) All Parts Used For Repair, Assemblies, Components And Accessories (Hereinafter Also Called Products) Must Have Appropriate Certificates And Approval Required By Law And Have Original, Factory Packaging. 4) Used To Repair Parts, Teams And Components In Accordance With The Directive No. 2007/46/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of September 5, 2007 Establishing A Framework For The Approval Of Motor Vehicles And Their Trailers As Well As Systems, Parts And Separate Technical Assemblies Intended For These Vehicles (Journal Of Laws Eu L 2007, No. 263 Item 1, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 2, 2023 In The Matter Of The Individual Permission Of The Vehicle (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1715) Are Subject To Approval If They Can Create A Significant Threat To The Proper Functioning Of Systems That Are Important For The Safety Of Equipment Or Its Environmental Impact. 5) For Repaired Devices, Assemblies And Components, The Warranty Cards Should Be Attached.6) The Repair Should Be Made In Accordance With The Factory Instructions Of Repairs.7) Repaired Components (Devices) In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Must Meet All Technical Parameters Of A Given Rescue And Fire -Fighting Vehicle Specified By The Manufacturer, Especially In Terms Of Safety And Impact On The Operation Of The Entire Rescue Vehicle. 8) Construction Changes And Its Components And Systems.
