1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Services Involving The Winter Maintenance Of Roads Remaining On The Board Of The Sulechów Commune In The Winter Season 2025-2026. 1.2. The Scope Of Services Includes: 1) Vigil-I.E. A Paid Full Availability Of Equipment And Employees To Undertake The Services Of Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Streets, And Perform 24-Hour Dispatching Duty, 2) 24-Hour Snow Removal And Removal Of Winter Slippery On The Section From The Sulech Junction At The S-3 Route To The Border Of The Sulechów Commune With The Commune Of Świebodzin (There Were National Road No. 3) Length Approx. 9.6 Km, By Tearing The Road Along The Entire Length And Width Leaving The Snow On The Side Of The Side And Sprinkling The Road Along The Entire Length And Width Using Pure Salt Moistened With Water And Solver, 3) 24-Hour: 4) Snow Removal And Removing Slippery From The Surface Of The Paved Roads In The City Of Sulechów And From The Separated Road Sections In The Village Krężoły, Cigacice, Górki Małe, Brzezie Near Sulechów, Kruszyna, Kalsk, Nowy Świat, Obłotne And Roads Connecting The Villages Of Nowy Świat And Górzykowo, With A Total Length Of About 50.6 Km, By Snowdling The Road With The Entire Length And Width, And Sprinkling The Road Using Pure Salt Moistened With Water And Skeleton, 5) Snow A Mixture Of Salt With Sand Or Sand Of Ground Road Surfaces In The City Of Sulechów And Separate Sections In The Village, With A Total Length Of Approx. 2.0 Km, 6) Intervention Snow And Removal Of Winter Slippery From Road Surfaces By Tearing The Road Along The Entire Length And Width And Sprinkling The Road With Pure Salt-Moist Salt In The Commune Sulechów.1.3. The Contractor In Justified Cases, Only After Agreeing With The Employee Of The Ordering Party Responsible For Supervising The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, For The Scope Of Services Described In Para. 1 Point 1.2 Item 2, 3 Lit. A And 4 Above, It Can Apply In Place Of Sprinkling The Road Using Pure Salt Moistened With Water And Water Solution Sprinkling The Road With Enemy Aggregate (I.E. A Mixture Of Salt And Sand In A Ratio Of 1: 1) Or Sand. 1.4. The Road Must Be Extended, Poured With A Water And Salt Solution Or Sprinkled With A Mixture Of Salt With Sand, Or Sprinkled With Sand Along The Entire Length And Width. 1.5. Loose Snow And Drifts As Well As Slippery And Local Difficulties For Cars Can Occur Up To 4 Hours After The End Of Rainfall. 1.6. The Contractor Will Provide Materials Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense And Its Own Transport. 1.7. A Detailed List Of Municipal Road Sections In The Sulechów Commune Covered By Winter Maintenance In The 2025 - 2026 Season Is Set Out In The Attachment To Swz.1.8. The Employer Reserves That The Total Net Value For The Standby Service May Not Be Higher Than 35% Of The Total Net Value For The Service Of 24 -Hour Removing Winter Slippery And 24 -Hour Teeth, I.E. For The Scope
