Studzienice (Resolution Of The City Council In Przytyk No. Xiii.102.2025 Of 18 June 2025). 2) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) The Development Of The Text And Graphic Part Of The Local Spatial Development Plan In Accordance With Applicable Law Regarding The Law Regarding Spatial Planning And Development, Including Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And Assessments Of Its Environmental Impact, Special Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Etc., And After Analyzing The Submitted Conclusions From Natural And Legal Persons Obtained At The Stage Of Developing The Plan, In Particular The Determination Development And Development Conditions Of The Area Located Within The Boundaries Of The Study; B) Performing All Activities Necessary For The Correct And Complete Conduct Of The Procedure For Drawing Up A Plan, In Accordance With Art. 17 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130 As Amended) And The Development And Technology Regulation Of 17 December 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Project Of The Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws No. 2021, Item 2404) Renewing To The Necessary Extent Of Arrangements And Public Consultations; D) Preparing Metadata Geoinformative Plan In Accordance With The Inspire Directive And The Act Of 4 March 2010 On The Infrastructure Of Spatial Information (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 214) And Chapter 5A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130 D.)
