As Part Of Task No. 1, About 500 M Of The Fi 250 Water Supply Network Should Be Designed. L Stopping To The Existing Network Should Be Made On The Plot No. 2182/6 And On The Plot No. 2173/12, Located In Sokołów Małopolski. 1. Development Of Complete Project Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Of Applicable Law: 1.1. Development Of A Construction Project And Development Of The Investment Area, Including:- Developing The Concept And Agreeing It With The Employer And The Owners Of Private Properties.- Obtaining The Necessary Consents And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment From The Interior Network Operators And From The Water Supply Network Operator. Preparation Of Materials And Attachments For A Complete Application For A Decision Of A Water Permit Or A Water Law Notification (If Required);- Obtaining Maps For Design Purposes, At The Contractors Expense, To The Extent Necessary To Develop Building Documentation. Arrangements In The Field Of Drainage. Project And Preparing Applications For A Decision For A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works For Signature By The Ordering Party, I.E. The Mayor Of The Sokołów Małopolski Commune Or Persons Authorized By The Mayor Of Sokołów Małopolski, Together With The Necessary Amount Of Copies Required By A Given Authority/Office/Institution Together With The Required Attachments In The Amount Of The Authority, Including 1 Final Administrative Decisions Or Obtaining A Lack Of Objection To The Competent Authorities For The Implementation Of A Given Scope Of Investment.1.2. Development Of A Technical Design, At The Stage Before Obtaining A Building Permit, Including:- Developing All Necessary Additional Projects, Including Those Imposed By Users And Administrators Of Above-Ground And Underground Infrastructure, E.G. A Security Project Or Reconstruction Of Existing Weapons, Bringing The Required Networks/Construction Of Connections To Linear Objects, Crossing The Road, Location Of Infrastructure In The Road Belt Etc.:• Making The Necessary Arrangements And Taking Them Into Account When Designing And Possible Protection Or Redesigning Of Underground Devices, • Obtaining All Opinions And Arrangements Required By Applicable Regulations; • Development Of A Project To Recreate The Surface (If Concerned); • Development Of Stwir; • Development Of A Bill Of Quantities; • Development Of An Investors Cost Estimate; • Preparation Of Information On Safety And Health Care; 1.3. The Projects Should Be Provided With A List Of Studies And A Written Statement Of The Contractor That It Was Drawn Up In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, Generally Applicable Laws In This Respect And That It Is In Complete State From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve And Is Suitable For Implementation. The List Of Studies And A Written Statement Referred To Above Constitute An Integral Part Of The Project And Part Of The Subject Of The Final Acceptance Of The Task. The Project May
